trailer
Provide estimating, scheduling and project management
Provide detailed cost accounting

Provide a project account on our website to view
pictures of construction progress
Prepare and submit shop drawings and submittals for
construction components, i.e. concrete, steel, windows,
plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpet, tile, doors,
millwork and paint
Schedule weekly meetings with construction committee and
design team
Schedule weekly meetings with subcontractors to main
established schedule
Request and complete final punch list from Owner and
Architect to insure that all parties are satisfied.
